Desi Mashed Potatoes!

Aloo ka Chaukha(Chokha)(a.k.a Mashed potatoes) is one of the greatest delights I am across at my in-law's place.
The mashed potatoes have a distinct flavor owing to the mustard oil used.Its a quick and easy dish and can tantalise your taste buds

Lets make some for you and me:

2 medium sized boiled potatoes (peeled)
2 Tablespoon chopped onions
1/2 chopped green chilly (Can use red chilli powder instead)
1/2 Tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (optional)
1-2 drops of mustard oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Slightly mash the boiled potatoes and add all the remaining ingredients.Mix well and mash together into a fine paste.

Its ready!!

Make sure the mustard oil is not more than 2-3 drops or you could end up getting the wasabi like kicks :P
